The bathroom faucet has been leaking for 2 days. Water is dripping constantly and making noise at night.

The central heating stopped working yesterday evening. Temperature in the apartment is dropping.

There is constant noise from the apartment above us, especially late at night. Sounds like furniture being moved.

It would be great to have dedicated bike storage in the underground garage. Many residents cycle to work.

The 6th floor button in elevator B is not responding. Need to press it multiple times.

I was expecting a package on Monday but it never arrived. Can you check if it was delivered to the wrong address?
